About Us

Basically I am a HR Practitioner, native of Mysore, working in Bangalore as “Business - Unit Head” for a reputed manufacturing organization.

As a part of my contribution to the society / responsibility towards society, created groups in WhatsApp & Telegram in the name of “Udhyoga Nimitham”, to help Unemployed Youth & Job Aspirants.

I started this group with 50 members during January 2018 and as on date, Jan - 2021 we have more than 17,250 + JOB ASPIRANT MEMBERS / CANDIDATES in Telegram group & HR PROFESSIONALS / PRACTITIONERS of 535 + in Whatsapp group, working in various Mfg. / IT industries under the capacity of Managers / Asst. Managers / Executives with reputed Organizations.


Udhyoga Nimitham

  • My objective is to bridge the gap between the Employers and Employees to seek or acquire jobs. It gives me a great sense of satisfaction to note that my initiative is yielding good results.
  • As of January-2021 around 2100 + Candidates have been employed through this group to work for reputed organizations across Karnataka.
  • We have laid down stringent rules & regulations to the HR’s/ Employers as well as to the prospective job seekers, to eliminate EXPLOITATION and MIS-REPRESENTATON.
  • We educate the Job Aspirants not to fall prey to any of the false / misleading information & Instructed not to pay any sort of amount to any person for assuring of employment.
  • This Platform aims at helping the job seekers find their appropriate jobs based on their Qualification / experience.
